• Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables, excluding any third-party materials or pre-existing proprietary assets.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services.
• Liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Fees for completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date will remain payable.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas.
